Notice
Many items are manufactured and sold specifically for off-road competition use only, and are not approved for street use by the manufacturer or DOT. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine that the use of his vehicle and items purchased comply with Federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. We will contact you via email if there are any delays.
Domestic Ground orders are shipped via UPS Ground, although USPS Priority Mail is used when more cost effective. US Overnight Delivery quote is for UPS Next Day Air Saver. Sometimes USPS Express Mail is cheaper; if so, we will let you know your options.
International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail International, with an estimated 5-6 day delivery time. Occasionally, international shipping charges may be more than calculated in the shopping cart. In this case, we will email you for approval if shipping costs are higher than quoted.
Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive merchandise damaged in transit, please keep the box and all packing material, and contact us at 847-746-8488 or by email at info@akgmotorsport.com.
Return Policy:
Products will be accepted for return within 30 days of the date of shipment, provided that return is authorized by the company, and product is returned in unused condition. A credit equal to the product price for uninstalled/unused returned products will be issued. Please contact us at 847-746-8488 or by email at info@akgmotorsport.com.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are valid for one (1) year from date of purchase. Certificates may be used to purchase products only at akgmotorsport.com and may not be used through any of our dealers nationwide and/or internationally. It may not be redeemed for cash or applied as credit to any credit card or account. If the certificate is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue a new certificate for the balance as shown in our records. If the certificate was issued as a promotion by AKG Motorworks, Inc., and is lost or misplaced by the bearer, we will not issue a replacement.
